Are Timber Towns wooden road tracks Australian made?

Yes. Every set is made in Townsville, Queensland from Australian-grown Hoop Pine plywood.

Do they work with wooden train tracks like Brio?

Yes. Our level rail crossings and bridges connect with all wooden train track brands, so cars and trains can share the one town!

What are the road tracks made from?

Solid Australian E0 plywood. Not printed fibreboard, and never painted or varnished (although you can apply any food-grade oil to seal them, if you wish). FSC certified and sustainably sourced. All plywood we use has a strict E0 emission rating.

Will the tracks stay together on carpet?

Yes. Our arrow-lock connectors are designed to click together easily and stay joined during play, even on carpet. EVEN on thick carpet, like Mellow Mat and equivalent brands.
