Shipping & Returns Policy

ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 1-4 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 4 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders can be picked up, by appointment. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 5-7 days using either Aramex or Australia Post, depending on your location. Flat rate shipping fee of $12.95 applies to orders shipping to Australia.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer $12.95 flat rate shipping within Australia for orders under $150, and free shipping for orders $150 and above.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States

Shipping charges & estimated delivery times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Timber Towns & Co is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at play@timbertowns.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you
change your mind.
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description
• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
Please keep your proof of purchase —e.g. your receipt.
